Visitors may purchase a day pass for $10 to use the pool/hot tub and grounds between 10 am and 6 pm.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*All rates are subject to applicable state and county hospitality taxes (currently 11%) Additional guests are $25.00 per night.

** Discounted rates are only valid for Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Pricing effective starting 09/22/08 and ending 10/29/08. Offer valid only on new reservations. Special pricing cannot be combined with any other specials.

All reservations require a credit card number. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, travelers checks and cash (US$) 

We require a minimum two night stay on weekends. Special event weekends or Holiday weekends may require a three night minimum.

Upon confirmation, one day's room rate will be charged on your credit card and the remainder will be charged upon arrival. A REFUND of your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee, will be refunded back to you if your reservation is canceled three (3) days before the date of your arrival.  NO REFUNDS will be given if canceled after the three day cancellation policy.

Check in time is from 2 pm to 8 pm. Check out time is 11 am.

Please tell us at the time of your reservation if you will need after hours check-in arrangements. Room availability is not guaranteed until 2 pm, however, guests arriving before 2 pm may relax poolside until their room is ready. Guests who are leaving Inn Leather or Fort Lauderdale later than 11 am, may continue to use the grounds after 11 am (after they have checked out of their room).
